Pride Health is hiring a Warehouse Worker to support our client’s medical facility based in Saint Paul, MN. This is a 3-month assignment (Possibility of extension or conversion) opportunity and a great way to start working with a top-tier healthcare organization!

Responsibilities:

• Conduct and record monthly preventative maintenance and repairs on HVAC units, security systems, and other building equipment.

• Works with forklifts, power tools, hand tools, rooftop HVAC units, air compressors, vacuum systems, pumps, alarm systems, humidifiers, and generators.

• Confer with department management to coordinate activities of individual departments, including office moves, furniture layouts, and addressing comfort heating and cooling issues.

• Work with property management to address tenant and exterior space maintenance needs.

• Primary contact after hours for building security problems and/or building emergencies.

• Monitor and adjust BAS Systems on various sites.

• Performs multiple tasks including plumbing, carpentry, electrical, and grounds keeping.

• The ability to work outdoors in hot/humid or cold conditions is essential to this position. The ability to work in small spaces is also required.

• Job Type: 3-month contract

• Schedule: 1st shift 7:00 AM-3:30PM Monday-Friday

• Pay Range: $16 - $18 hr

*Offered pay rate will be based on education, experience, and healthcare credentials.
