Position overview:

We’re seeking a motivated and resourceful Sales Associate to join our team. While experience is welcome, we prioritize attitude, hunger, and a strong work ethic. If you’re smart, organized, and eager to grow, this is your opportunity to make an impact.

Responsibilities:

• Build, maintain and grow relationships with existing customers and brokers.

• Prospect, contact and sell to potential new customers.

• Respond to inquiries and provide excellent customer service.

• Perform sales data and promotional analysis to identify trends and opportunities.

• Occasional travel for customer visits, supplier visits (international) and trade shows.

• Achieve and exceed sales goals and help us accomplish our mission!

Qualifications:

• 1-3 years of experience in sales, marketing or a related role.

• A driven self-starter with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects independently, a can-do attitude and a willingness to learn.

• Excellent communication skills, comfortable on calls and in person.

• Highly organized, detail-oriented, strong mathematical skills and attention to detail.

• A positive and team-oriented mindset.

• Familiarity with CRM platforms.

• Ability to build rapport with clients, think creatively and identify solutions to customer challenges.

• Strong negotiation skills.

• Passion for sustainable and mission-driven businesses is a plus.
