We offer stem cell banking services directly to consumers through our network of physicians and hospitals. Your duties will include the following:

• Cultivate and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals, clinics, hospitals, and other key stakeholders primarily in the Washington State.
• Represent the company at industry conferences, events, and community initiatives.
• Identify new opportunities for partnerships and growth within the biotechnology and healthcare sectors.
• Act as a company ambassador, delivering presentations and effectively influencing diverse audiences.
• Negotiate agreements and foster collaborations to enhance the company’s market presence.
• Manage social media accounts, create compelling content, and monitor campaign success.
• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to drive online traffic and engagement.
• Directly deal with inbound potential client inquiries, to answer questions and remove the roadblocks to sales conversion; pro-actively follow up and deliver outbound messages to effectively facilitate conversions.
• Assist existing customers to ensure their questions about our services are answered.
• Assist in operational and administrative responsibilities, including taking, processing, and preparing/ shipping new orders, coordinating client specimen return shipments, client billing and renewal, following up with delinquent accounts.

Qualifications:

We value diverse expertise and welcome applicants from one of following three backgrounds:

• Business/Marketing:  Academic or practical experience in business development, marketing, or sales with a demonstrated ability to drive results.
• Social Media/Digital Marketing:  Proven skills in social media management, content creation, and digital marketing strategy.
• Biomedical Sciences/Biotechnology:  Strong understanding of biotechnology and preventative healthcare, with the ability to communicate complex concepts effectively.

What you will need:

• Bachelor's degree, with one of the three backgrounds mentioned above
• Valid driver’s license
• Possess excellent written and verbal English
• Enjoy and be proficient in interacting with other people, guiding conversations, and influencing a conversation
