As a Methods Technician, you'll play a key role in optimizing production and industrialization processes. Working closely with the production team and operators, you'll be responsible for defining and improving work methods with a view to increasing efficiency, quality and safety while reducing costs.In this position, you will have the opportunity to :
Product production / industrialization
Support production and engineering in the validation of new productsDefine work methods for new products that meet customer quality criteria while prioritizing safety and operational efficiency.Collaborate with engineering, production and quality teams to solve technical problems.
Methods and manufacturing engineering
Write and update work instructions, manufacturing routines and other documents related to operationsWork with production employees to validate the adequacy of methods and instructionsConsult with various stakeholders and experts to validate the conformity of methods in terms of quality and safetyAnalyze manufacturing routines through time studies and identify wastage
