Electrical Estimator / Sales Manager

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Estimator/Sales Manager responsible for managing the pre-construction phase of commercial electrical projects. This role involves estimating and securing multiple commercial electrical projects, ranging in value from $150K to $5M.

Key Responsibilities:

• Estimate and manage the pre-construction phase of commercial electrical projects.
• Successfully land new business and manage project sales within the commercial electrical industry.
• Collaborate with construction teams to ensure accurate project estimates and smooth execution.
• Maintain effective communication with all stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Utilize software tools such as Bluebeam, Accubid, Excel, Word, and Outlook for estimation and project tracking.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in estimating commercial electrical projects, ranging from $150K to $5M.
• Strong background in project sales and customer acquisition within the commercial electrical sector.
• Proficiency in Bluebeam, Accubid, Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• In-depth knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC) and local building codes.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to coordinate effectively with project teams.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Degree in Construction Management or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in project estimating and sales.
• Familiarity with accounting software and Procore.
• Prior experience in the commercial electrical trade.
