Job Title: Product Manager - Decision Scientist cum Consultant

Location: Basking Ridge, NJ - Hybrid – On Site

About the Role: We looking for a dynamic and analytical Decision Scientist cum Consultant with a strong Product and Process management background and a knack for translating business problems with actionable business insights and data products. This role requires someone who can seamlessly combine technical expertise with exceptional communication and presentation skills to influence executive decision-making and create business impact.

Must-Have Skills:

• Proven product & process experience, with a strong ability to work in business facing roles.

• Expertise in PowerPoint/Google slides presentation design and deck creation

• Strong executive presence and excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).

• Ability to effectively translate technical findings into actionable business insights.

Good-to-Have Skills:

• Proficiency in Python and SQL for data analysis and modeling.
• Familiarity with visualization tools like Tableau or Looker etc..
• Experience with cloud platforms (GCP) and data warehousing solutions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in a decision science, analytics, or consulting role.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and a strong analytical mindset.
