Partnered with a variety of Fortune 500 companies. Description Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation. Manage and coordinate all project team members, including architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors. Track project costs and ensure it stays within budget, identifying cost-saving opportunities when possible. Create and maintain project timelines, ensuring all milestones are met on time. Serve as the main point of contact for clients, vendors, and other stakeholders, providing regular updates on progress. Identify potential risks and implement strategies to mitigate them. Ensure that work is performed according to industry standards, specifications, and regulations. Oversee and negotiate contracts with vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors. Resolve issues that arise during the project, ensuring minimal disruption to progress. Maintain comprehensive records, including contracts, progress reports, and change orders. Ensure the project is completed according to plan, and oversee the handover to the client.
