Job Details for the Behavioral Health Technician BHT are as follows: Up to $25 per hour, with $50 quarterly bonuses (up to $200 annually) Assignments grades K through 12; M-F day shift (hours vary per case) OFF (without pay) holidays, weekends, snow days, vacation days, Summers other opportunities available; 1:1 in home, group homes, personal care homes, etc. Company Benefits: health insurance, accrued PTO, referral bonuses up to $500, weekly pay, direct deposit, and more. The Behavioral Health Technician BHT will assist in the treatment of pediatric clients who are struggling with behavioral issues. A BHT may work with clients who are dealing with substance abuse, post-traumatic stress disorder, physical or emotional abuse, and/or mental instability. Responsibilities for the Behavior Health Technician BHT: Facilitate individualized interventions to clients as outlined in the treatment plan. Respond to crisis situations. Complete significant incident reports when needed. Participate in treatment team meetings, core meetings, CASSP meetings, etc. when requested. Transfer therapeutic skills to educational staff and family. Participate in CASSP, treatment plan meeting, etc., when directed by supervisor. Communicate regularly with families and school staff. Complete COSs with families. Attend supervisions and complete clinical notes.
