Our Pay : (Because, yes, we are all about #PostThePay!)

Masters-level Clinicians:

• Tier 1 (licensed, 23 sessions/week or less) = $63/clinical hour
• Tier 2 (licensed, 24 or more clinical hours per week) = $69/clinical hour

Psychologist Clinicians:

• Tier 1 (licensed, 23 sessions/week or less) = $72/clinical hour
• Tier 2 (licensed, 24 or more clinical hours per week) = $79/clinical hour

• Accurately predict your income every month, with no mystery!
• Get paid right away, without waiting for insurance payments to come in.
• Guaranteed clinical hourly pay that protects you from insurance mistakes, hold-ups, reviews, audits, clawbacks, and other insurance shenanigans.

And YES, of course we take Medicaid and all the insurance plans, even the lower reimbursing ones. If that doesn’t sit well with you, then we’re not the best fit for you.

• PTO (equivalent 1 hour clinical pay earned for every 26 clinical hours worked)
• BCBS medical insurance with 50% employer contribution for Silver-level plan.
