Ideal Candidate:

• 3-5 years of regional or related property management experience.
• Experience managing teams of 5-6 employees.
• Strong financial analysis, sales, marketing, and customer service skills.
• Knowledge of budgets and financial statements.
• Real Estate License preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Achieve operational, financial, and business performance goals for the portfolio and individual communities.
• Lead and support site staff.
• Coordinate with vendors, consultants, and contractors.
• Promote client satisfaction and retention.
• Analyze market data and develop annual budgets.
• Communicate effectively with clients, residents, vendors, and peers.
• Maintain property appearance and standards.
• Complete HR, financial, administrative reports and analysis.
• Ensure compliance with company standards and laws (e.g., Fair Housing, Landlord/Tenant laws).

Benefits:

• Competitive salary: $100,000 - $125,000 per year.
