Job Description

On-site Position

Our role primarily takes calls and supports providing responses to employer inquiries.

Job Description:

  • Support Director Lower Authority Appeals, and Unemployment Insurance Quality Assurance team.
  • Calendar management
  • Filing
  • Print outs for the auditor’s cases, putting the folders together for the auditors
  • Filling out the information on the case folders
  • Preparing the claimant questionnaires and typing the claimant letters and sending them out for both paid and denied cases
  • Typing the employer letters for the denied cases
  • Must have good organizational skills and technology skills (Word and Excel) and be ready for a fast pace.
  • It would involve interacting with claimants, employers and attorneys as well as the Board members and the DAG.
  • Other tasks: scheduling, creating agendas, taking minutes, answering the phone.

Qualifications:

  • Detail orientated and accurate
  • Self-motivated
  • Audit support experience a plus
