Synchrony Rehab is looking for a Part-Time Physical Therapist at Country Time Inn in Kings Mountain, NC. This role involves traveling to two locations in North Carolina, including Kings Mountain and Gastonia, NC.

Setting: Assisted Living & Independent Living

Schedule: Monday-Friday- No weekends!

(Ideal Candidate would be experienced in an outpatient setting and able to support two campuses)

Responsibilities

• Assess each patient and develop an appropriate treatment plan with measurable goals and time frames
• Prepare and submit clinical and progress summaries based on identified and attained goals
• Ensure that other treating medical professionals have the necessary information to appropriately evaluate the patient

Qualifications

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctor's degree of an accredited speech therapy curriculum
• Certification in Physical Therapy and valid NC to practice
