Position: PTA

Location: Assonet, MA

Shift: M-F (8hrs)

Compensation: Salary + all benefits

Roles and responsibilities

• Assist our on-site Physical Therapist in providing both direct and consultative physical therapy services, following each student’s Individualized Education Program (IEP) and/or physical therapy evaluation.
• Maintain accurate written documentation for all treatments provided.
• Communicate professionally and provide guidance to team members, ensuring that established goals and skill development strategies are carried over effectively.
• Participate in the IEP process and engage in professional communication during meetings with families and external agencies, as directed by the Physical Therapist.

Requirements:

• Associate of Science Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution recognized by the American Physical Therapy Association.
• Current Massachusetts license as a Physical Therapist Assistant issued by the Massachusetts Board
