Successful Candidates: - Active RN or LPN license in Colorado.
- CPR certification.
- Ability to pass criminal and Colorado CAPS background checks.
- COVID vaccine required or valid exemption.
- Supervisory experience in skilled nursing is a plus!

Salary : - $35 - $50/hour- DOE
