Come join a dynamic and positive team!  Proprietors is looking for experience servers to join us for the 2025 season. Opening for our 12th season in mid-April, we have a variety of seasonal opportunities available. 

We love individuals who look to create genuine connections with their guests and who also take pride in their ability to cultivate memorable dining experiences.  Proprietors has a diverse clientele made up of year-round regulars, seasonal regulars, and first-time guests -- we like each and every guest to feel at home while dining with us. 

Experience, knowledge, and enthusiasm for/of artisanal spirits and eclectic food is desired, as is attention to detail and defined steps of service.
