Job Title: Fraud Analyst

Location: Knoxville Tennessee 37920

Position Type: Onsite to Hybrid

Pay Rate: $25/hr

Duration: 6+ Months on contract with possible extension

Schedule - In Office 8 am- 4:30/5 pm EST . The candidate will be required to be in office five days a week until competencies are proficient to be work from home two days a week. This will require manager approval.

The Fraud Analyst will be responsible for reviewing merchant accounts for unusual or suspicious activity to ensure compliance with BSA reporting requirements.

JOB DUTIES:

• Review merchant accounts for unusual or suspicious activity to meet BSA reporting standards.
• Pull reports from source systems for analysis.
• Identify unusual or suspicious activities in accounts and compile supporting documentation.
• Create case note documents and run macros as needed.
• Complete suspicious activity reporting forms and write descriptive narratives.
• Monitor workload to ensure tasks are completed within deadlines.

TOP REQUIREMENTS:

• Proficiency in Excel (including pivot tables) – at least 1 year of experience.
• Experience with Word and other office tools.
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Ability to write concise, clear narratives.
• Effective time management and interpersonal skills.
