As the Front Desk Receptionist, you will serve as the first point of contact for clients and visitors, handling front desk operations with professionalism and warmth. This role requires someone with a background in sales or a strong interest in developing sales skills, as well as the ability to assist with ordering materials from our suppliers.
Key Responsibilities
- Great and assist visitors and clients in a friendly and professional manner.
- Manage incoming calls, directing them to the appropriate team members.
- Schedule and coordinate appointments for staff.
- Maintain an organized front desk area and manage administrative tasks such as filing and data entry.
- Assist with the ordering of materials from suppliers, ensuring timely delivery and accurate inventory management.
- Support sales initiatives, including following up with leads and helping prepare sales presentations and materials.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance customer service and streamline processes.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in an administrative role preferred.
- Sales experience is a plus; a strong willingness to learn and develop sales skills is essential.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, QuickBooks and comfort with technology.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- High school diploma
