Our client, an RIA in Denver, is seeking a Recruiter of Advisors for their firm.

The ideal candidate is capable of executing full-scale campaigns that attract Financial Advisors to join our firm. Have the ability to determine a candidate's potential. Excellent organizational skills and a commitment to both meeting and exceeding assigned quotas.

Responsibilities (in part)

• Ad Placement
• Manage 3rd Party Recruiting Firms
• Manage and Execute Drip Campaigns
• Manage and Execute Interview Process and Conduct Follow-Up with Hiring Managers
• Recruiting Events as Needed

Qualifications

• 4 years Financial Industry experience preferred
• FINRA Series 7 licence
• Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Advanced technical skills
