Key Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of personal injury claims from inception to resolution.
• Conduct thorough legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and other court documents.
• Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, depositions, and court proceedings.
• Collaborate with investigators, medical experts, and other professionals to build strong cases.
• Provide compassionate, clear, and regular communication to clients regarding their cases.
• Strategize to achieve favorable outcomes for clients, including settlements and verdicts.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active member in good standing with the Florida Bar.
• 3+ years of experience in personal injury law, including litigation.
