Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations of the Colorado office staff
- Lead project management for transportation/bridge projects
- Oversee production of transportation contract documents
- Provide mentorship and technical leadership
- Participate in business development and marketing efforts
Qualifications:
- BS in Civil Engineering
- PE License required
- 10+ years in transportation projects, especially bridge/highway design
- Experience managing personnel and leading project teams
- Proficiency in AASHTO specifications, bridge design software, MicroStation, and AutoCAD
