Compensation Analyst

We are looking for an experienced Compensation & Benefits Analyst to handle compensation and benefits analysis, administration, and HR-related tasks. This role requires expertise in compensation structures, benefits, data analysis, compliance, and clear communication.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct compensation analysis to ensure internal and external equity, including market surveys and position classification.
• Lead annual merit and bonus planning, presenting data insights to support decision-making.
• Provide guidance on compensation and benefits to managers and staff.
• Conduct HR data analytics, including workforce statistics and benefit analysis.
• Assist with payroll processing and year-end payroll tasks.
• Support benefits administration, including open enrollment and employee support.
• Participate in 401(k) audit and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Stay current with HR laws and industry best practices through research.
• Support special HR projects and committees as needed.

Qualifications:

• Strong analytical, research, and data presentation skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and HRIS/payroll systems.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication.
• Ability to collaborate and influence decision-making.
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
• Expertise in compensation structures, salary surveys, and relevant regulations.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Preferred Qualifications:

• BA/BS degree (HR focus preferred).
• 5+ years of compensation experience and 3+ years of benefits experience
