Title: Medical Malpractice Defense Lawyer (Skilled Nursing Facilities and Healthcare Providers)

Location: Manhattan Beach, CA (Hybrid or Remote )

Salary: $185k-$235k+Generous EOY Bonus and Benefits

Haraka Headhunters LLC is a NYC-based attorney search firm specializing in attorney placements located in the heart of the city adjacent Grand Central Station. We are currently working with a top-tier boutique law firm that is experiencing exponential growth and is looking to add another med mal defense lawyer to their team.

Qualifications:

Ideally, a minimum of 4 recent years of experience with the following:

• Defending skilled nursing facilities
• Defending healthcare practitioners/providers
• Deposing medical doctors or healthcare professionals.
• Analyzing cases involving nursing home negligence, elder abuse, elder care and healthcare, and reviewing billing medical records.

Education Requirements:

• JD or LLM from a US ABA-accredited law school.
• Admitted and in good standing with the California State Bar Association.
