The Divisional Vice President will:

· Have 5+ years experience overseeing 40+ Restaurants and $40 Million in annual sales

· Experience with High Volume! ($7 Million in annual sales minimum!)

· Oversight of 5+ District Managers, and 40+ General Managers

· Ability to travel the entire Florida Market!

· New Restaurant Opening experience a MUST!

· Heavy bar volume and late night experience!

· Ensure the utmost quality and consistency in food and service

· Have a passion for building, training, and leading a strong team

· Maintain the restaurant’s revenue, profitability, and quality goals
