• 5+ years of general HR experience from a law firm or professional services environment.
• Experience with implementing new hire orientations and employee recognition programs.
• Experience with Employee Relations
• Benefits Administration experience
• Performance Management and Development experience
• Bachelor's Degree in HR Management or related field
• Law Firm experience preferred
