Restaurant Manager Responsibilities & Requirements
- Experience: 2+ years in a salaried management role
- Catering Operations & BOH Knowledge: Comfortable leading Back of House operations
- Sales Volume Experience: Proven success in locations generating $2+ million annually
- Stable Work History: No more than two job changes in the past five years
- Energy & Passion: A high-energy leader with a true love for hospitality
