Job description
Support for 24/7/365 which basically monitors Windows and AD Infrastructure Alerts and take remedial actions within process defined in environment.
Project Work:
1. Provision / Decommission Windows OS on Virtual machine or Physical standalone servers.
2. DC Promotion/Demotion
3. ADDS Migration
4. Patching & Upgrades3. Incident Management: Respond & resolve tickets before SLA gets breached.
5. Infrastructure Downtime/Non-Downtime Maintenance contact email Update on call details.
6. Setup Blackouts and then take shutdown reboot of servers as & if required during maintenance work.
