Description The night auditor commands the hotel on the overnight shift from 11pm - 7am.
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Answering phones and routing calls
- Verifying, balancing and reviewing hotel room availability
- Performing check-in/out duties
- Processing credit card and other financial transactions
- Inputting basic data into daily reports and processing invoices
- Reconciling errors whenever possible and refer to management
- Maintaining overall lobby appearance
- Preparing coffee station for our early risers
