Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Home Health Discipline: RN Start Date: ASAP Duration: 13 weeks 40 hours per week Shift: 8 hours, days Employment Type: Local Contract Job Title: RN Home Health Assignment Length: 13 Weeks Location: Newton, MA Shift: 8 AM to 4:30 PM (58 hrs. shifts per week) Pay Rate: $60/hr. on W2 Note: Need to travel between different locations - Avon, Braintree, Canton, Holbrook, Mattapan, Milton, Quincy, Randolph, and Stoughton. Mileage will be reimbursed at base pay of $0.67/Mile REQUIREMENTS 2 Years of Home Health RN Experience required 1 Years of Case management experience required Current unencumbered MA RN license required. Healthcare Provider Level AHA BLS required.
