The Judge Group is seeking a travel nurse RN Cardiac Cath Lab for a travel nursing job in Baltimore, Maryland. Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Cardiac Cath Lab Discipline: RN Start Date: 02/03/2025 Duration: 14 weeks 40 hours per week Shift: 10 hours, days Employment Type: Travel Requires: • Maryland or compact state RN License • BLS • ACLS • 2years exp 4 10 hr shifts/week (630am-1700) M-F 5 to 6 nights of call monthly (Starts at 5pm and ends 0630 next morning) 1 weekend of call monthly (Weekend call starts at 5pm Friday thru 0630am Monday) Holiday call starts at 0630 and ends in 24 hrs first time traveler ok Provides advance nursing assessment, care and documentation of patient status during their stay in the Cath Lab, inclusive of but not limited to the administration of medications, providing patient comfort, support, awareness and education. Perform these responsibilities pre-procedurally, while procedure is in progress, and post-procedurally. Essential Functions include but not limited to: • Patient Assessment • Conscious Sedation • Hemodynamic Monitoring • Circulates • Assists in Scrubbing • Sheath Removal • Patient Care Coordinator • Maintaining Inventory Rotating days off. This position DOES require applicants to take evening, weekend, and holiday call. They must be able to respond to the hospital in 30 minutes in a call situation. To guarantee hours may be floated during low census.
