We are hiring for our client in financial service industry.
Duration: 12 months contract (possible extension)
Hybrid (3 days from office)
Responsibilities:
- Manage the entire project lifecycle from definition/scope through implementation.
- Develop project plans and drive milestones.
- Employ project management methodologies and tools (e.g., JIRA).
- Identify, coordinate, and manage resources and key stakeholders.
- Ensure effective change management throughout the project.
- Manage communication plans, training, and documentation.
- Deliver projects on time, within budget, and within scope.
- Communicate project status to all stakeholders regularly.

Domain Knowledge:
- HR systems (Workday/ADP).
- SaaS tools.

- Waterfall and Agile experience
Must have Skills:
- 10+ yrs. of experience in managing global projects from inception till deployment stage
- Experience working with geographically dispersed teams; experience with API integrations; experience as an IT PM managing all technical deliverables.
- Sound knowledge of MS Office Tools and Agile tools, ex. JIRA
- Experience with Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
- PMP and CSM designations.
- Experience delivering SaaS tools.
- Experience with HR systems (Workday/ADP).
