Overview
Our client is seeking a collaborative, team-oriented professional for the role of Website Content Administrator . This position involves managing two distinct websites, updating digital content to align with operational and legislative requirements, and ensuring consistent branding to enhance the user experience.
What to Expect in This Role
- Monitor, report, and recommend improvements for website administration and analytics tools.
- Document and maintain up-to-date processes and procedures for the websites.
- Update website content, ensuring consistency in messaging, branding, and compliance with the French Language Services Act and AODA .
- Collaborate with stakeholders to review, update, and create content supporting operations and projects.
- Work with stakeholders and vendors to implement and test website fixes and enhancements.
- Develop and execute digital communication plans within set timelines.
- Analyze website performance and prepare reports.
- Onsite 5 days (Monday-Friday) a week, North York (Don Mills & Eglington), free parking on site.
- 36.25 Hours per week (7.25 hours per day).
What You Need to Qualify
- Experience in website content management (e.g., Adobe Experience Manager ).
- Proven ability to manage stakeholders and ensure business requirements are met.
- Strong attention to detail, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent writing, editing, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 , SharePoint , and tools like Google Analytics or Microsoft Clarity.
- Familiarity with AODA requirements.
- Legal entitlement to work in Canada; in-office work is required.
