• Guest Experience: Provide exceptional, attentive service by greeting and engaging with guests in a friendly and professional manner, creating a welcoming and memorable experience.
• Craft Cocktails: Prepare and serve agave-focused craft cocktails, including margaritas, palomas, and seasonal specials, while adhering to our high standards and creative recipes.
• Beverage Knowledge: Share your knowledge of agave spirits—tequila, mezcal, sotol, etc.—and help guide guests in selecting drinks that complement their meal and taste preferences.
• Menu Expertise: Communicate confidently and knowledgeably about our food and beverage menu, including recommendations for pairings.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with other bartenders, servers, and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service and a positive guest experience.
• Safety: Ensure the safety of all bar guests by checking IDs for age verification and monitoring guest behavior, maintaining responsible alcohol service.
• Maintain Cleanliness: Keep the bar area clean and organized, and follow all health and safety guidelines to ensure the well-being of both guests and staff.
• Upselling & Guest Retention: Promote our unique agave offerings, helping to build a loyal customer base. Encourage repeat business through exceptional service and memorable experiences.

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of bartending experience in an upscale or fine-casual dining environment. A focus on craft cocktails or agave spirits is a plus.
• Knowledge: Understanding of agave-based spirits, classic cocktails, and current industry trends. Experience with agave-based drinks, tequila, mezcal, and other Mexican spirits is a plus.
• Skills: A deep passion for craft cocktails and flavor pairings, with a keen eye for detail and presentation.
• Customer Service: Ability to deliver exceptional service while managing multiple tasks and guests in a fast-paced environment.
• Team Player: Positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with the front-of-house and back-of-house teams.
• Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and spend long periods standing or walking.
• Required Certification: RAMP Certification (or ability to obtain upon hire).
