Requirements:
* Associate's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or equivalent work experience
* Four years' experience in providing exceptional customer & technical support services in an audio/video environment to large live audiences (1000+)
* Expert experience with current video conferencing platforms
* Expert level experience with supporting end user hardware, software, and technologies.
* Advanced experience with Apple and Windows-based devices (including MacOS/iPhone/iPad/iOS) and hardware and with the Microsoft Office Suite (2010 and 2016)
* Must be organized and communicative
Core Competencies:
* Experience with Webex Control Hub, Smartsheet, Jira and Service Now a strong plus
* Demonstrated Excellent Customer Service experience
* Ability to provide a professional delivery of service to executive level employees
