Position: Fire Alarm / Intrusion Project Technician

Pay Rate: $28 - $32/hr on W2

Job Description:

• Company vehicle is provided but, they need personal transportation for the first few weeks.
• Must have good knowledge of fire alarm panels and devices, installation and troubleshooting. The systems we support are Bosch and Edwards so knowledge of those would be very helpful.
• 4-5 years of experience preferred.
• There will be travel involved and candidates should be good with being on the road for 2-4 weeks at a time.
• Travel and industry knowledge are key points to focus on.
• Ability to communicate well is highly preferred and being very organized and accountable. Need to let this be known to candidates that effective communication in the hiring process is a high non-negotiable.
• Per Diem is sponsored for food and hotels. When informing candidates about the role, let them know that Wachter will put them in hotels 4 stars and above with free continental breakfasts included. $45 will be given to them each day on a Divvy card for food.
• Scott is checking to see if a license is needed in Alabama, but for now, send candidates over with or without licensing.
