Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Bilingual Customer Service Specialist to join the Professional Services Division of Acelis Connected Health. The ideal candidate will handle inbound and outbound calls in a call center environment, delivering exceptional service to customers by addressing concerns, resolving escalations, and explaining business policies. Fluency in both English and Spanish is required to effectively communicate with a diverse customer base.


Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls within a call center environment, ensuring prompt and professional communication.
  • Address customer concerns, resolve escalations, and assist with complaints in a timely and empathetic manner.
  • Explain company policies and controls to customers, ensuring clarity and understanding.
  • Work from a call queue to manage customer inquiries efficiently.
  • Maintain high attention to detail when managing customer records and interactions.
  • Utilize Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook) to document and manage customer information.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery.


Qualifications

Required Skills and Experience

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service environment.
  • Proficiency in handling inbound and outbound calls within a call center setting.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish (verbal and written).
  • High attention to detail with a commitment to excellent attendance.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact across all levels of the organization.


Preferred Skills

  • Experience in healthcare or a medical environment.
  • Familiarity with customer service processes in regulated industries.
