The ideal candidate will handle inbound and outbound calls in a call center environment, delivering exceptional service to customers by addressing concerns, resolving escalations, and explaining business policies. Fluency in both English and Spanish is required to effectively communicate with a diverse customer base.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls within a call center environment, ensuring prompt and professional communication.
- Address customer concerns, resolve escalations, and assist with complaints in a timely and empathetic manner.
- Explain company policies and controls to customers, ensuring clarity and understanding.
- Work from a call queue to manage customer inquiries efficiently.
- Maintain high attention to detail when managing customer records and interactions.
- Utilize Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook) to document and manage customer information.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery.
Qualifications
