Construction Manager

Job Overview:

• This position is a mix of hands-on and administrative project management.
• Leading teams of Superintendents and collaborating with field crew and office team.
• Managing budgets and construction timelines.
• Primarily focusing on multifamily housing with an ongoing portfolio of 60-80 homes.

Qualifications:

• Experience with residential single-family homes and townhomes.
• Prior experience working for a builder is strongly preferred.
• Longevity in employment history and a proven track record of staying with a company long-term.

Compensation, Bonus & Benefits:
