Job Title: MicroStrategy Developer

Rate: $70/hr - $75/hr (C2C, all-inclusive)

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced MicroStrategy Developer with expertise in enterprise-level development, architecture, and administration. The ideal candidate will excel in designing, developing, and implementing advanced MicroStrategy solutions to support business intelligence initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement MicroStrategy dashboards and reports to meet complex business needs.
- Create schema and application objects, including attributes, metrics, filters, and security filters.
- Define relationships, hierarchies, and drill-down functionality within MicroStrategy.
- Optimize and troubleshoot reports for performance and data accuracy.
- Work with business engagement teams to define and deliver solutions aligned with Agile development methodology.
- Manage MicroStrategy security, including row/column-level security and user access.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- 8+ years of hands-on experience with MicroStrategy tools (Architect, Desktop, Web, Mobile, Object Manager, etc.).
- Proficiency in Data Warehousing concepts (Star/Snowflake schema).
- Strong expertise in SQL and working with large datasets.
- Demonstrated experience with MicroStrategy security models, platform administration, and services.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and ability to deliver in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively with IT and business teams.
Preferred Skills
- MicroStrategy Architect certification.
- Experience with MicroStrategy SDK and APIs.
