Job Description
  • Responsible for building a HR department from the group up
  • Will develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures
  • Responsible for risk management, employee relations, training and development, compensation and benefits, recruiting and onboarding
  • Will be involved with Payroll, union attendance, updating the employee handbook, compliance, filing sensitive documents workers and short/long term disability
  • 7+ years of experience in HR out of Manufacturing
  • Bachelor of Science degree or SHRM/SPHR certification is preferred
  • Very low turnover rate!
