Summary :
We are looking for a Program Manager who is passionate about leading the way in creating owners. As a member of the Store Operations - Ownership team, you will take the lead in creating, implementing, and managing store programs globally. This role will draw upon your experience as a Program Manager to combine your skills in project management, strong sense of customer experience, and business understanding to deliver the most exciting moments at the company.
Responsibility :
In this role, you will be responsible for leading key ownership programs that improve the customer experience in Retail stores. You will also work cross-functionally with Operations, Product, Marketing, and Development teams to build and support programs that elevate the customer’s ownership experience in stores around the world. Most importantly, this role requires deep passion and curiosity to help drive the company’s ownership programs forward.

- Outstanding presentation and communication skills - both verbal and written.
- BA/BS required, MBA preferred
Location: Cupertino, CA (Hybrid - Onsite Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday & Remote Monday, Friday)
Type: 12-month Contract
Pay Rate Range: $95 - $105 (DOE)
