Product Owners across the different area of Salesforce continue to direct functionality and enable our teams to engage efficiently and productivity with our clients leading to quicker sales and stronger retention. Our team is focused on creating the best user experience for salesforce users and teams with processes enabled through salesforce.com to drive this retention and set the stage for strategic guidance and experience that needs development and design efforts. Responsibilities :

• Work closely with the user group to conduct research, user interviews, contextual analysis, usability studies, etc. and be able to synthesize user experience workflows for salesforce.com functionality.
• Collaborate with product owners, software engineers, and cross-functional stakeholders to understand requirements, and provide creative, thoughtful user experience and layout solutions.
• Communicate the user experience at various stages of the design process with wireframes, flow diagrams, storyboards, and prototypes.
• Integrate user feedback, enterprise processes and business requirements into ongoing user experience changes and functionality.
• Designs need to be interactive, intuitive and align with agile approach to functionality development.
• Designs need to rely first on out of the box functionality within salesforce.com – customization is only used when necessary.
• Support multiple projects while actively prioritizing workflow based on ROI, and business value.
• Analyze and incorporate quantitative data and qualitative insights into design.
• Advocate for the prioritization of design centered changes, refinements, and improvements focusing on user-centric while driving value based on user experience.
