Job Title: Training and Development Specialist

Location: Framingham, MA 01701

Duration: 12 months

Schedule: Hybrid (2-3 days onsite)

Pay Rate: $40-45/hr.

Qualifications:

• 3-5+ years of experience in training and facilitation.
• Proficiency in Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, SharePoint, and Forms).
• Knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and InDesign is a plus.
• Basic understanding of Product Development preferred.
• Experience working with Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) systems is a bonus.

Responsibilities:

• Facilitate training sessions on various software tools used in Product Development, including PLM systems, Adobe Creative Cloud, OneNote, and SharePoint.
• Design and develop comprehensive learning materials such as curriculum outlines, user guides, job aids, presentations, interactive exercises, and videos.
• Conduct live and virtual user training sessions.
• Provide technical application support, troubleshooting issues within the Product Development applications.
