A top Long Island law firm is seeking a mid-level Associate for its growing, exciting and fast-paced Trust & Estate Litigation practice group.
Qualified candidate must have at least 3-5 years of Trust & Estate Litigation and/or Surrogate’s Court experience, a strong worth ethic, excellent writing, oral communication and time management/organization skills.
Candidates must also have general experience with business entities.
A general knowledge of estate planning and administration issues and strategies is a plus.

Their experienced group has over 25 Trusts and Estates attorneys and over 10 paralegals—including several ACTEC Fellows, adjunct law professors and leaders in the ABA and New York State Bar Association.
