**This position is contingent upon award of contract**


SOSi is seeking a highly qualified Senior Intelligence Professional with PMP to serve as the Government’s trusted advisor to serve as the lead senior analyst for integrated intelligence production.


ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES


Conducts analysis using intelligence and information from multiple sources to assess, interpret, forecast, and explain a range of national security issues and developments that are regional or functional in nature.

Provides all-source analytic support to collections, operations, investigations, and other defense intelligence analytic requirements.


MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:


Active In-Scope TS/SCI clearance

Bachelor’s degree and 15 years of intelligence experience within the Middle East or in an area related to the labor category. 20 years of strategic intelligence experience related to and/or within the CENTCOM AOR may be substituted for a bachelor’s and master’s degree.

Certified Defense All-Source Analysis (CDASA) certification or military intelligence advance schooling and have at least 15 years of experience in all-source production with at least 5 years of that time supporting, targeting, special activities, special mission units, special operations planning, and with interagency special collection assets.

Must have Program Management Professional (PMP) certification.

Must have an in-depth understanding of Director of National Intelligence (DNI) Hard Target Campaigns; Special Operations support; expertise with facilities and infrastructure intelligence production; and expertise with facility-centric targeting methodology and tradecraft.

Additional qualifications include:

At least 5 years of experience with data analysis in the DoD or IC

Excellent analytical skills to research complex concepts and subjects.

Detailed knowledge of DIA, NSA, CIA, DEA, FBI, and Departments of Treasury and State programs and products

Knowledge of intelligence oversight and security guidelines

Excellent written and oral communication skills

Specialized training from any intelligence collection and analysis school or certification

Experience in targeting methodology and tradecraft

Knowledge of network analysis

Background in Special Operations Support

Expert capabilities to research, create, develop, and deliver professional briefings, multimedia presentations, and written reports.

Ability to produce reports incorporating text and graphics to convey complex concepts to senior policy makers

Experience with assessments, enterprise data integration, governance, and metrics, including the application of metadata management techniques and data modeling and design

Experience with the application of quantitative and qualitative analytic methods, including the design, development, and management of statistical models and enterprise-wide surveys

Working knowledge to apply state-of-the-art intelligence analysis tools

Expert ability to manage research and coordination for projects.

Expert ability to instruct and interact with small groups on data and information requirements and coordination tasks.


DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Expert knowledge of Army structure and defense level intelligence operations: intelligence collection, fusion, analysis, production, and dissemination for intelligence databases and products.

Expert knowledge and experience with intelligence automated systems, especially imagery analysis, signals intelligence and exploitation tools and libraries.
