ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Report to Legal to support the Company’s privacy and other compliance objectives.
• Must have strong interest in legal compliance generally and willingness to learn new subject matter; previous privacy experience not required.
• Oversee the completion of data subject access request (DSAR) workflows in OneTrust, the Company’s privacy compliance tool.
• Act as a liaison between Legal, internal IT, external IT resources and business partners.
• Communicate clearly and effectively to diverse audiences of technical and non-technical personnel, in meetings and in writing, using correct terminology.
• Assist with onboarding new vendors from a data privacy compliance perspective
• Provide feedback on process and opportunities for efficiency, optimization and automation of privacy compliance.
• Monitor and research incoming new U.S. state legislation and federal regulations relating to data privacy
• Establish and maintain highly effective working relationships with all levels of the business.
• Assists with ad hoc projects as they arise, either independently or in collaboration with other team members.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelor's degree

· Hourly Salary Range: $25-$30: Offer placement within this range is dependent on a variety of factors, including prior relevant experience, skill set, and qualifications
