BCforward is currently seeking a highly motivated Client Care Coordinator for an opportunity in Indianapolis, IN!


Summary:

  • Position Title : Client Care Coordinator
  • Location: Indianapolis, IN
  • Anticipated Start Date: 01/27/2025
  • Duration: Full-Time Employee
  • Work Requirement: W2, sponsorship cannot be provided for this role.
  • Pay Range: $45,000/year to $55,000/year.


Please note that actual compensation may vary within this range due to factors such as location, experience, and job responsibilities, and does not encompass additional non-standard compensation (e.g., benefits, paid time off, per diem, etc.).

Compensation structure is competitive base salary (+) full benefits package w/ 401k.


Position Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic Client Care Coordinator to join our team in Indianapolis, Indiana. In this critical role, you will oversee hiring activities for one of BCforward’s key client. You will collaborate closely with regional Hiring Managers, internal BCforward teams, and candidates, ensuring a seamless process and a high level of satisfaction for both clients and candidates.


Job Responsibilities

  • Client and Candidate Coordination: Act as the main point of contact for clients and candidates, ensuring smooth communication between hiring managers, recruitment, onboarding, and procurement teams.
  • Onboarding Support: Guide candidates through the onboarding process, providing login details, equipment information, and assisting with necessary documentation.
  • Payment and HR Issue Resolution: Address any payment or HR-related inquiries from candidates, ensuring timely and effective resolutions.
  • Process Management: Ensure efficient candidate onboarding, meeting start date and resource requirements.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional support to both clients and candidates through phone, email, and text.
  • Scheduling and Resource Management: Track candidate start dates and ensure all required resources are ready.
  • Data Management: Regularly audit internal data for accuracy and completeness.
  • Relationship Building: Build strong relationships with candidates, offering support and resolving concerns to ensure engagement.


Job Requirements

  • A minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience, preferably within staffing or customer service environments.
  • Strong analytical capabilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making and problem resolution.
  • Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and proactively, with a high level of self-sufficiency.
  • Experience with HR systems and tools is considered a valuable asset.
  • A university degree in Human Resources or a related field is preferred.
