Job Description

Our client is a worldwide telecommunications company that offers voice, data and video services and solutions on its award-winning networks and platforms, delivering on customers’ demand for mobility, reliable network connectivity, security, and control.

We are looking for a Telecom Site Acquisition Coordinator who has previous FUZE and site acquisition, commercial real estate, or property management experience.

Location: Bedminster, NJ 07921 - HYBRID

Position: Telecom Site Acquisition Coordinator

Pay: $41.24/hr. on W2

Duration: 12 months or longer

Hybrid Setup: Remote every Monday, Thursday, Friday; In Office every Tuesday and Wednesday

Shift: Normal Business Hours or 8:00AM - 5:00PM


JOB DUTIES:

Financial Tasks Including:

• Review Purchase Orders for Accuracy

• Review Match Exceptions and Cure Issues

• Request Project Numbers for New Projects


Database Tasks Including:

• New Project Setup

• Monitor and Correct Issues


Real Estate Tasks Including:

• Assist in Processing Agreements and Amendments

• Research and Cure Rent Payment and Tax Issues with Agreements

• Generate Termination Memos

• Process Change of Ownership Requests

• Resolve Site Access Issues


MUST HAVE SKILLS (Most Important):

• Experience with FUZE

• Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.

• Three or more years of relevant work experience.

• Experience in site acquisition, commercial real estate, or property management.

• Experience in communications industry.


DESIRED SKILLS:

• One or more years work experience in communications industry, ideally experience in wireless.

• Experience in legal, contract management, project management, or construction disciplines.

• Demonstrated ability to take initiative and manage multiple competing priorities while consistently meeting deadlines.

• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot, analyze, and solve problems.

• Excellent interpersonal skills, verbal/written communications skills, and organizational skills.

• Knowledge of legal and financial terms and ability to read and interpret contracts.

• Proficiency in using computers, including experience with Google Suite tools, Microsoft Office software, including Excel and Word, as well as experience with relational and web-based database applications.
