Manufacturing Process Consultant

About the Role: The Manufacturing Process Consultant for Solution Development will work closely with clients to analyze, design, and implement innovative manufacturing solutions. This role focuses on optimizing production processes, enhancing efficiency, and ensuring the successful integration of new technologies and methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess current manufacturing processes and identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive solutions to streamline operations and enhance productivity.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their specific needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
  • Oversee the implementation of new processes, tools, and equipment.
  • Conduct quality control assessments and devise strategies to improve quality and reduce defects.
  • Provide training and guidance to client staff on new processes and equipment.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and innovations to provide cutting-edge solutions.
  • Prepare and present detailed reports on progress, findings, and recommendations.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and ensure processes are inspection-ready.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
  • 15+ years of experience in manufacturing process optimization and solution development.
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, quality control, and production management.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and project management skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with clients and internal teams.
  • Proficiency in using manufacturing software and tools.


Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with Industry 4.0 technologies and digital transformation.
  • Knowledge of Plant automation and AI solutions
  • Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.
  • Certification in relevant areas such as PMP, Lean Six Sigma, or similar.
