Job Description

We are seeking a Workforce Modeling Associate to support the creation and integration of data solutions for our workforce planning needs. In this role, you’ll focus on developing detailed labor planning and allocation projections to optimize the staffing of our hourly workforce. You will design and implement tools that provide actionable insights into staffing effectiveness, enabling continuous improvement in labor planning processes.


12+ month assignment, temp-to-hire


Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to redesign labor allocation systems with more granular daypart planning (hourly and shift-level).
  • Integrate hourly labor allocation data into Workday and other systems.
  • Build tracking systems to analyze hourly staffing effectiveness and identify improvement areas.
  • Implement strategies to enhance staffing accuracy and efficiency.
  • Monitor key metrics, including hours scheduled, hours utilized, and labor efficiency.
  • Identify and execute opportunities for process optimization.


Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Experience with Workday’s labor planning functionalities .
  • Advanced knowledge of SQL , with expertise in data architecture, table construction, and data flows.
  • Proficient in data visualization tools such as Sigma and Tableau .
  • Strong ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a dynamic environment.
  • Process-oriented, with a knack for operational improvements through detailed analysis.
  • Experience in manufacturing or warehousing operations is a significant advantage.
