We are seeking a passionate and experienced Product Manager to join our team and lead the development of innovative solutions that optimize our supply chain. This role will be instrumental in defining, prioritizing, and delivering products that enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of our supply chain operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supply chain management, a deep understanding of industry best practices, and a proven track record of success in product management.

Responsibilities

• Define and prioritize product roadmap: Conduct market research, analyze customer needs, and identify opportunities to improve our supply chain through technology and process enhancements.
• Develop and maintain product strategy: Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, operations, sales, finance) to define and execute a clear product strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Manage product lifecycle: From ideation and development to launch and ongoing support, oversee the entire product lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery and successful adoption.
• Gather and analyze data: Leverage data from various sources (e.g., Blue Yonder, Snowflake) to track key performance indicators (KPIs), identify trends, and inform product decisions.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis: Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive offerings to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation.
• Collaborate with engineering and design teams: Translate product requirements into clear and concise user stories and acceptance criteria for the development team.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders: Effectively communicate product vision, roadmap, and progress to stakeholders across the organization.
• Proactively identify and mitigate risks: Anticipate potential challenges and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful product delivery.
• Excel in data analysis and manipulation: Proficient in using Excel for data analysis, reporting, and presentations.

Preferred Qualifications

• Proven experience (1-3 years) as a Product Manager with success at building digital products or services.
• Experience working with data warehousing and reporting platforms such as Snowflake, Tableau, or Power BI.
