  • Develop and update both summary-level and detailed schedules, establishing criteria for schedule development, including work breakdown structure (WBS) and scheduling details.
  • Identify and track major milestones, critical approvals, procurement items, and long lead times based on discussions with project teams, contractors, and consultants.
  • Monitor critical and near-critical path activity sequences, and provide regular reports on progress, trends, and potential delays.
  • Assess project progress through site inspections and suggest corrective actions or recovery plans when delays are anticipated or occur.
  • Produce earned value reports and other financial and scheduling reports to track project performance.
  • Maintain clear communication with project teams and stakeholders to ensure the project schedule aligns with expectations and deadlines.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in CPM scheduling for construction projects.

  • In-depth understanding of Scheduling, Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), Critical Path Methods, Earned Value Analysis, and other scheduling methodologies.
  • Highly motivated with excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Aptitude for using personal computers and software, and a willingness to learn new tools and methods.
  • Ability to work effectively in a challenging and dynamic environment.
